DescriptionJob Summary:The

Production Coordinator

is responsible for the production and audio visual (AV) services campus-wide at the Hall of Fame Village, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). This position reports directly to the Production Director.Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:Provide superior guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and staff.Maintain current knowledge base of industry developments and standards.Assist with Pre-Production and Advance phases of concert and event planning.Act as Stage Manager for concerts and music festivals.Assess, plan, and execute audio visual support for a wide variety of events.Assist with the production of video content for internal clients.Work with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop.Work with non-liner audio editing platforms such as Audition, Pro Tools, and/or Reaper.Act as internal and external client-facing liaison for projects.Manage production systems for day-to-day operations.DirectTV, AV, digital signage, Samsung, Ross, Yamaha, QSC, OHFM, Control Bite, etc.Operate production systems in support of live and televised sporting events.Sound mixing console, video switchers, instant reply, video shading, etc.Maintain AV and production equipment and systems.Collaborate with IT to ensure network resource allocations for AV projects and systems.Assist with operation a maintenance of large format LED displays and content distribution platforms.Reporting and respond to IT & operational requests and needs.Provide documentation of workflow as requested and required.Attend trainings and meetings as assigned.All other duties as assigned.FULL-TIME/SALARY/EXEMPT POSITIONRequirementsRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:Minimum of Bachelor s degree in a related discipline.Combined minimum of 3 years in television, concert, theater and/or event production.Understanding of the infrastructure at HOFV Campus strongly preferred.Experience interfacing multiple broadcasters with various transmission methods with stadium facilities required.Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop.Must have working Knowledge of non-liner audio editing platforms such as Audition, Pro Tools, and/or Reaper.Experience in operating all areas of production facilities including but not limited to digital audio mixers, video switchers, video shading stations, instant replay systems, IPTV distribution platforms, etc.Solid team skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment; must possess a strong ability for effective time management and task prioritization.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Able to simultaneously manage a high-level of detail across multiple projects and events.Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations and needs.Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends & holidays as necessary) is required.Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and entire organization.Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of performance, working quickly without compromising quality.Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion regarding confidential matters while maintaining confidentiality.Physical Requirements for Position:The ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.The ability to work in various Ohio weather conditions, inside and outside.The ability to move safely over uneven terrain, steps, or in construction zones.The ability to see and respond to hazardous situations.The ability to sit, stand, squat, and walk for periods of time as required for the position.Must be able to hear, see, and speak.Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio.Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental & VisionLife InsuranceSTD/LTD401KSupplemental InsurancePaid LeaveFlexible SchedulingCore Competencies:Vision and Strategic Thinking
