**Location:** AU We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for our Pedders Moorabbin store who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.
The role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in cars and is passionate about the Pedders brand and products.

**As part of this role, you will:**
* Be an experienced and/or qualified mechanic
* Have strong auto parts and/or sales knowledge
* Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner to provide effective automotive workshop organisation/coordination
* Demonstrate a constructive leadership style to motivate and support your team to achieve store targets
* Excellence in customer service and liaise with customers
**Required to be successful in this role:**
* Suspension experience in 4x4 and underbody
* Communication skills, ability to work as a team to achieve store targets
* Experience running a workshop
* Time Management, ability to deal with competing priorities and coordinate tasks to perform jobs in an efficient manner
* Naturally be technical and mechanically focused with proven ability to perform automotive duties when required
