We are hiring! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring accurate hotel accounting of guest transactions, billing and hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Guest Check-In/Check-Out : Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.

  2. Financial Transactions : Accurately handle financial transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and balance revenue and expense accounts.

  3. Front Desk Support : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

  4. Nightly Reports : Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other essential data to the management team.

  5. Security : Monitor security cameras and perform routine security checks throughout the property to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.

  6. Accounting : Reconcile and balance cash drawers, perform audits of guest accounts, and report any discrepancies or irregularities.

  7. Room Reservations : Assist guests with making reservations, including answering inquiries about rates, availability, and amenities.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (e.g., property management systems).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during nighttime hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
