Drafter
Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
12-month Contract to Hire
As a Drafter, you will be joining one of the largest Electric Utility players in the industry and they are looking for a Drafter to be responsible for the investigating, designing, laying out, drawing, reviewing and checking work.
Preferred Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience working with Microstation
- SAP or Maximo experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigating, designing, laying out, preparing of drawings, reviewing and checking work.
- Support Microstation users on back-end configuration.
- Prepare accurate sketches, layouts, charts, and drawings.
- Review work prepared by outside vendors including proposals and drawings.
- Create and maintain construction drawings using CAD.
