Prescott Partners is pleased to announce an incredible opportunity by a well-established privately held Construction company looking to expand its senior leadership team through the creation of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic COO to assume overall operational responsibility for the company, including oversight of day-to-day activities and development of operational strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the creative and forward-thinking leadership of an established and growing player in the heavy civil construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy
- Assess existing operational strategies and refine to support the overall business objectives and growth plans of the company, with emphasis on scalability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operational processes with the company's growth mindset, corporate goals and cultural focus.
- Create and implement new internal operational, accountability and financial processes and controls, in conjunction with the company s financial leadership.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, finance fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Financial Management
- Collaborate with the financial team to develop and manage company and department budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to the industry and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant requirements.
Qualifications:
- Construction Bachelor s degree is preferred
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a COO or as a senior operational leader within the construction industry.
- Successful experience leading a rapidly-growing company through the challenges of market expansion, is required.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the construction industry with emphasis in the Heavy Civil Construction industry is preferred.
