THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
* ORDER ENTRY PROCESS
* ASSEMBLY OF SUBMITTAL INFORMATION
* TRACKING OF SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS (DOCUMENT STATUS REPORTS)
* MAINTENANCE OF JOB FILES (IN-PROCESS & CLOSE-OUT)
AFTER MARKET SALES:
* PARTS SALES
* DUPLICATE BOWL ASSEMBLY SALES
TRAFFIC (IN BOUND AND OUT BOUND)
* BILLS OF LADING
* FREIGHT QUOTES
* EXPORT
* COURIER
OTHER DUTIES
* BACK UP ON ANSWERING PHONES
* MAINTENANCE OF INSTALLATION LIST.
* PREPARATION OF QUOTATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE (AS NEEDED)
* QUOTATION STATUS FOLLOW-UP.
* MAINTENANCE OF SALES CONTACT INFORMATION.
* MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTOR, CUSTOMER, GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE, VENDOR INFORMATION FILES.
SKILLS
* Basic math and algebra
* Effective oral and written communications
* Collaborative interpersonal skills
* Basic Word and Excel skills
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with little direct oversight. Pay is negotiable based on work experience and education.
