This role involves traveling across the U.S. to oversee field crew operations, ensuring the quality of work, materials, and adherence to budget plans. Joining our client's team offers you the chance to supervise and coordinate all electrical solar field installation crews, develop field crew and foremen, and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades. You will ensure the productivity and quality standards of installations, manage material and personnel requirements, and lead daily safety talks. The ideal candidate should have the following:
- At least 10 years of experience working in the electrical trades
- At least 5 years of experience working in the solar industry
- Ability to manage multiple field crews and projects
- Experience with all aspects of pile, tracker, and module installation for utility-scale solar construction
- Skilled in developing and implementing safety, compliance, and project documentation procedures
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience with MS Project and MS Office Suite preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
