Job Summary:


The Owner of First Impressions acts as the face and presence of IGS Energy and delivers an exceptional customer service experience to employees, customers, and guests that visit our buildings.


Primary Responsibilities:


Greets and assists guests in a timely and friendly manner.

Takes ownership of the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests and visitors.

Responsible for scheduling and preparing conference rooms before and after meetings.

Acts as a resource for employee inquiries and provides support for general questions or directs them to the appropriate party.

Answers and redirects internal communications.

Monitors and maintains guest sign-in and sign-out logs, notifying host employees of arrivals.

Sort, process and scan incoming and outgoing mail

Assists with the delivery of mail, packages, and meals.

Provides assistance with general administrative tasks and departmental or special projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Excellent organizational skills.

Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.


Minimum Education and Experience:


  • School Diploma or equivalent.
  • minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
