**In this role, you will:**

* Review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

* Perform complex Customer Experience/Voice of the Customer analysis

* Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff

* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

* Review/analyze trends, identify new methodology/data sources, and recommend strategy changes or process enhancements

**Required Qualifications:**

* 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

* 4+ years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

* Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets

* Knowledge and understanding of data visualization

* Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives

* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

* Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which be shared with senior leaders within the organization

* Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

* BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative discipline

* Advanced Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Team members in this role with analyze a wide variety of data and voice-of-the-customer feedback to provide insights to different stakeholders across the enterprise. Successful members will be able to use strategic thinking and critical reasoning to understand stakeholders learning objectives, apply different data manipulation and data analytics techniques to produce useful/actionable insights, and package those insights into compelling/executive-ready deliverables (e.g. presentations, dashboards).
