Hospitality

Teamwork

- Supports table service of teammates in neighboring sections (water refills, pre-bussing, table maintenance, re-marking, step gaps, etc.)
- Sets up the team for success with strong execution of opening, running, and closing duties
- Communicates to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
- Seeks to provide help/assistance to teammates (across job functions)
- Provides and receives feedback to and from teammates and leadership team in a positive, professional manner
- Mentors and supports teammates who possess the opportunity for improvement

Product Knowledge
- Wine and spirits knowledge/testing
- General mixology knowledge/testing
- Concept-specific knowledge/testing
- Food menu knowledge/testing
- Recipe knowledge

Technical Proficiency
- Proper dish etiquette (do not throw - gentle placement, shapes in shapes, stack, and separating)
- Follows safety protocols (glass clean up, spill site)
- Deliver food with proper description (no auctioning, allergy and modification awareness)
- Side work proficiency (opening, running, closing tasks)
- Communication to partner service team (servers and server assistants)
- Move with a purpose
- Table and seat number knowledge (pivot points)
- Communication to leadership (front-of-house and back-of-house)
- Health code adherence
- ABC compliance
- Dining/food service steps (greet time, check times, beverage napkins, marking, pre-bussing, beverage service, check ready)
- Guest needs anticipation
- Proficient prioritization, pace, preparation, and organization
- POS expertise
- Proper glassware handling

Core Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a standing position for a long period of time
- 1-2 years experience
