**Description**
We are looking for an experienced, service-focused leader who can deliver exceptional service in order to meet aggressive targeted sales growths for parts and service in our WA territory. This is an important role in our business that requires ongoing market development and analysis of our territory in order to provide our parts & service sales team with a range of business solutions for our customers to achieve maximum reliability by utilizing premium Caterpillar parts and service. An essential function is to ensure that NC maintains an excellent standing with customers by keeping them apprised of our wide capacity to service the parts and service needs and to ensure operational readiness with timely and efficient execution and superior customer satisfaction within all markets and territories. To help you achieve these objectives, you will be assigned a talented team of Outside Reps, (PSSRs) Parts and Service Sales Representatives and Inside Reps (ISRs) Inside Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and providing the guidance and support to your team in order to deliver on a range of specific, targeted customer plans as assigned.
**Qualifications and Experience Needed** : To be successful in this role, it is preferred that the candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or the equivalent of direct experience working at a Caterpillar Dealer with 5 years of work experience in product support. We will be looking for demonstrated strength in the ability to lead and effectively coach and develop a team of employees. This position requires maintaining metrics, presenting data and results therefore exemplary verbal and written communication skills are essential. We utilize Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as web-based financial programs such as COGNOS and Sales Link. If you have experience utilizing a parts ordering system such as SIS or work order programs such as DBS/DSI, you will have a quick and successful transition into this role.
