The Role
As a Brand Associate within our Philippine Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving content creation; covering ideation, creation, and publishing for our marketing efforts.
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and creative individual who is adept at leveraging data to inform creative decision-making. Collaborating closely with both local and global marketing teams, you will play a key role in achieving quarterly and yearly objectives related to organic brand initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Engage with local and global guilds to analyze data and emerging trends, facilitating the creation of strategic monthly content plans across all Tala-owned organic channels, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the web.
* Utilize third-party social media management tools like AirTable and Sprout Social to schedule and publish executed content, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
* Take an active role in organizing and potentially leading monthly creative brand brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment for generating innovative content ideas.
* Closely collaborate with the Senior Content & Community Associate to deliver reports on monthly insights, learnings, and social media trends - offering actionable recommendations to enhance future content strategies and initiatives.
What You'll Need
* 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising, demonstrating proficiency in content creation and management.
* Proven experience in both short and long-form copywriting
* Familiarity with social media trends and best practices
* Has strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
* Preferred: Background in an advertising agency setting or experience with digital media agencies.
