Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities Staffing Coordinator:

• Create daily staffing schedule for GNA s/LPN s/RN s.
• Maintain labor spend to minimize overtime and agency usage through effective scheduling strategies.
• Ensure nursing hours/patient day are at appropriate budgeted levels.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications Staffing Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic individual with creativity
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred.
