Arjo Inc. is a medical equipment manufacturer, providing equipment to hospitals nationwide. This Customer Service position is a phenomenal opportunity to grow your Arjo career beyond Customer Service.

As a ***Customer Service Representative*** at Arjo, you will work in a call center environment, providing product and process support to external and internal customers. Day-to-day functions will expose you to all parts of Arjos operations and a variety of staff.

In this role, you will interact with all Arjo departments to provide the best possible service to all customers (internal and external) to improve their experience, while balancing customer satisfaction with the Arjos best interests.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

* High school graduate or a completed GED. (Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred)

* At least 1 year of successful call center experience.

* Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred. We use SAP.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly, balancing the best interests of the customer with those of Arjo.

* Requires flexibility in work schedule to help staff a department that serves customers across several time zones.
