Qualifications:
- A strong passion for graphic design and a dedication to honing your craft.
- A bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or relevant coursework and portfolio).
- At least 3 years of experience dazzling multiple clients with your innovative ideas and creative flair.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to transform concepts into polished designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and tools.
- Experience with JIRA and Salesforce is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually compelling assets, including web graphics, digital marketing materials, and product visuals.
- Craft engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand's visual identity and maintain design consistency across all touchpoints.
