**City Manager**
**Customer Service Representative**
Performs a variety of clerical tasks pertinent to the upkeep of Utility records, processing of utility billings and receipts, and providing support to other Utility Finance staff. Assists walk-in customers and answers telephones, responds to customer inquiries. Accepts payments and handles funds.
**Qualifications**
1. Education And experience: a. High School graduation or GED; AND a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; OR b. An equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Possess and maintain a valid Drivers License AND be insurable by the City of Espaolas auto/vehicle insurance.
