**Responsibilities** :

* Get trained in Missouri Medicaid program using latest training technologies

* Apply training to assist participants with questions related to their MO HealthNet claims and benefits in accordance with policies and procedures

* Work in a virtual call center and be responsible for the day-to-day telephone contact with Missouri Medicaid enrollees

* Provide outstanding help and support to those who are in need of Medicaid services

**Qualifications** :

* Previous Customer Service experience preferred

* Strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are welcomed and encouraged to apply

* Must be able to understand, explain and apply federal and state laws, program policy and procedures

* Must be able to communicate effectively with applicants, recipients, the general public, and other employees

* Possess a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
