**Part-Time Sports Book Cashier/Writer (Horseshoe Hammond)**
at William Hill US Hammond, IN William Hill US, America's leading sports book operator, has immediate part-time openings at its location in the Horseshoe Hammond casino. Reporting to the Sportsbook Manager, you will be face of our sportsbook operations. By providing a high level of customer service, to both regulars and novice bettors, you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome. As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help to advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

**A Day in the Life**
* Provide a high level of customer service to anyone who comes into our sportsbooks
* Adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Indiana Gaming Commission
* Answer all customer questions to the best of your knowledge
* Work to resolve customer disputes/complaints and escalate to direct supervisor when needed
* Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers
* Act in a professional manner, representing William Hill with the highest of standards
* Ensure that all necessary paperwork/documentation is filled out accordingly to company policy and gaming commission standards
* Other duties as assigned
**What You Will Need**
* The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time
* Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
* H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
* Able to obtain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission
* Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience
* High level of customer service
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays is
* Present yourself in a professional manner
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to do simple math
* Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Indiana Gaming Commission
**Essential Functions/Exposures...**
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs
* Must be able write for extended periods of time
* Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries
* This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment
