Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Foreman at JP TANK, INC. located in Fond du Lac, WI. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with concrete tank projects. This includes coordinating with the team, managing the construction process, ensuring quality control, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Concrete finishing skills
- Experience in quality control
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation
- Effective communication skills
- Background in concrete wall construction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CDL license is a plus
- OSHA certification is beneficial
