Are you an experienced CNC Machinist?

OpSource has partnered with a fire protection company located in Liberty, SC.

Pay for the position:

• $ 25.00 - $30.00 DOE + $1.50 shift premium

Shifts for the position:

• 2nd Shift 3:00PM - 11:30PM

Job requirements for the position may include:

• Plans machining by analyzing work orders, blueprints, sketches, models, and/or descriptions to determine dimensions and setup requirements.

• Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material as guides for subsequent machining as necessary.

• Responsible for heat treating parts.

• Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required.

• Observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust machine controls as required.

Qualifications for the position:

• Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Parts Management System, CMMS System, CREO, and CAD Software

• Well-versed in hydraulics, pneumatics, brazing and soldering

• Associate's Degrees in CNC Machining and/or Related Field REQUIRED.

• 4+ years in Machining and/or CNC Programming - experience in manual mills and programming are a huge plus.
