**General Manager Compensation Package -**
**Equity Position with 801 Restaurant Group**
**Guaranteed First Year Minimum Total Compensation of $100k**
**Earning Potential $120k+**
**Bonus Program Paid Monthly**

**Job Description:**
Leader with desire to achieve success in the hospitality industry. Responsible for the overall business and culinary operation in his/her location, within the guidelines and spirit of 801 Restaurant Group.
Areas of import include: cost, inventory, personnel, sales, and culture.
**Qualities & Requirements:**
* Great work ethic and solid work history.
* Polished appearance, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and guests.
* Heightened attention to detail.
* Level 1 Wine Certification
* A spirit of entrepreneurship.
* Possess passion for service, commitment to uncompromising quality and strong attention to detail.
* The drive and willingness to succeed.
* Minimum three years experience in a HIGH VOLUME, full-service, fine dining establishment.
* Ability to communicate with guests, employees and vendors in a clear, concise and expert manner.
* Knowledge of FOH operations- food, beverage, inventory, ordering, supervision, etc.
* Experience managing a beverage/wine program a plus.
* Ability to support FOH and BOH staff, coordinate daily restaurant operations.
* Experience in marketing/sales, business development in restaurant setting a plus.
* Desire for improvement, advancement, and development.
* Ability to work under pressure, in stressful situations.
* Provide training for all staff; meet restaurant quality standards; assist in establishing and enforcing food &
* pour specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation.
* Ability to maintain and improve controllable costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
* Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings.
* R.S.I. or other online inventory and cost control programs as well as Excel spreadsheets and Micros preferred.
* Candidates for this position should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work as a TEAM.
* Must be available 7 days a week.
