Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimization: Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to streamline manufacturing processes and ramp up productivity to unprecedented levels.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor our dedicated production team, providing invaluable guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Manufacturing Technicians and Engineering Department to ensure the seamless operation of machines, test stands, and more.
  • Punctuality: Keep a watchful eye on production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of our groundbreaking products to valued customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to elevate product quality and swiftly resolve any manufacturing hiccups that may arise.
  • Safety: Implement and uphold rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for every member of our dynamic team.
  • Supply Chain: Partner with our stellar Purchasing team to manage inventory levels and orchestrate seamless coordination with our supply chain partners to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
  • Data-Driven: Dive deep into production data and metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement, implementing targeted corrective actions for optimal performance.
  • Industry Lead: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry trends and leveraging cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to maintain our competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Engineering: 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a smaller business environment - PCB Fabrication familiarity is a plus.
  • Manufacturing: Proven track record as a Manufacturing Leader or analogous role in the fast-paced electronics manufacturing.
  • Lean VIP: Deep-rooted knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership prowess, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
  • Operational Understanding: Solid grasp of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, coupled with proficiency in utilizing manufacturing software systems and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen focus on root cause analysis, coupled with excellent communication abilities both orally and in writing.
  • Electronics: A consummate team player with outstanding troubleshooting skills, soldering proficiency, and familiarity with IPC-A-610 solder quality standards Some proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a definite asset.
