And finally, you have a deep understanding of technology, building performance, and sustainability strategies in design and construction.
Our Washington DC office is looking for passionate, talented designers and architects with the following experience and skillset:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 4-7 years of working in an architectural or interior design firm on commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, cultural, or other complex projects. Experience in all phases of Architectural services from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
- Experience or excitement for space programming, space planning, test fits, workplace strategy, and relevant facets of workplace and planning are desirable
- Interest in workplace design trends, including sustainability and health & wellness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and distill information into clear and concise graphics
- Design and documentation using Revit is preferred. Enscape, Rhino, Autocad, Grasshopper, and Dynamo experience is a plus
