Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Oversee a team of full-time employees, responsible for a wide array of tasks including staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.

Performance Enhancement: Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management. Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.

Operational Oversight: Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.

Schedule Management: Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Reporting: Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Security and Integrity: Maintain the security of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.


Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor s Degree or higher.

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.

Industry Expertise: Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
