We are looking to add an A Player to the team to run the marketing for our firm.

You will be responsible for running our marketing funnels and processes to generate appointments for our financial advisors. This includes:

  • schedule and coordinate venues, mail houses, digital marketing vendors for our seminars
  • work closely with rep at creative agency to have various items created and edited such as website, brochures, landing pages, invitations, etc
  • manage TV leads from weekend appearances on local stations 7 and 4
  • schedule curated social media posts using software and creating some organic posts
  • submit everything to compliance department for approvals
  • manage work flows for lead tracking and management
  • track ROI of marketing initiatives
  • serve as backup person for attending and setting up seminars and scheduling appointments (some evenings required)
  • continually learn and adapt

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or operations.
  • Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.


This position requires that you possess the following skills:

  • High degree of organizational skills and very strong work ethic
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a great sense of humor
  • Creativity is a nice to have but not vital in this type of marketing

We are looing for a gritty team player that has a drive to grow personally and professionally. Strong communications skills, including in person, email and phone are a must. Must be ok with some evenings and occasional travel for team trips and professional development conferences.

This is a salaried position with a range of $55,000 to $70,000 depending on qualifications.

Includes health and dental insurance, 401k with company contribution, 4 weeks paid time off, time to enjoy Michigan Summers (close at noon on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day), quarterly office outings, annual team trip based on achieving firm goals.

Normal office hours 9am to 5pm M-Th, 9-3pm Friday

Will primarily be in our Brighton office, secondarily in our Livonia office.
