Producing Mortgage Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Growth: Build and lead a high-performing mortgage loan origination team, fostering a collaborative and competitive environment. Recruit, develop, and coach loan officers to achieve and exceed individual and branch production goals.
- Sales & Client Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch and company-wide objectives. Cultivate strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to generate a robust loan pipeline. Maintain a focus on exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the loan origination process.
- Loan Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all lending guidelines, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the loan origination process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan applications and documentation.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Manage the branch budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor efficiency and profitability. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records to support branch operations.
- Market Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, loan programs, and industry regulations to develop effective sales strategies and keep the team informed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage lending, with a proven track record of success in branch or regional management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of loan officers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination processes.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners.
- Proficient in mortgage lending software and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
