CFP Financial Advisor

**UNIQUE OPENING FOR QUALIFIED FINANCIAL ADVISOR / CFP**

Are you a licensed, qualified financial advisor who loves what you do but would prefer to work on a dynamic team vs. solo? Do you consider yourself better at working ON the business than always working TO GET more business? Are you looking for a competitive and reliable pay structure instead of having to rely on sales-based commission or performance pay?

If you answered "yes" to most or all of these questions, then read on... You may really be who we are looking for if you also have a passion for helping people. Extra points if you are also intrigued about impact investing.

The ideal candidate would love to work hard and stay busy with a growing book of clients. Reviewing financial goals, investments, new opportunities, making recommendations and responding to client requests - these are typical responsibilities. Engaging clients in the financial planning process (with support for aspects of the process) is another responsibility. We are located in Frederick, MD, and you would need to be able to commute to work - a partially remote schedule is negotiable after 6 months but some IN OFFICE work will likely be forever.

An ideal candidate would have strong INTEGRITY and would really care for people. Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and good follow-up skills are also paramount.

As part of an advisory team, you won't be alone. You will have teammates to help support you with investments, financial planning, insurance, accounting and tax services - all in order to provide a full wealth management experience to our valued clients. Also, being able to navigate technology is important - we use a variety of tools in all of our service lines.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary is commensurate with experience, and there is also a bonus structure that allows for a generous compensation package. Typically, income growth is a realistic possibility based on team production and overall assets under management.
