Our client, a large, prominent law firm, is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in employment counseling and litigation, to join its Los Angeles office located in Century City.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy big firm prestige and resources while also enjoying work/life balance and smaller firm culture (30-35 attorneys at this office). Our client is willing to train the right candidate. This is a hybrid position that requires only 2 days in-office, one of which includes a weekly floor-wide catered lunch!
Compensation range is $190,000-$210,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonuses. Salary may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.
