Position Objective
Provides an outstanding level of customer service to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and processing orders in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner. Provides an attitude that is welcoming to customers, reinforcing that this company is easy to do business with. Must have excellent organizational skills. This position requires a good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials and basic CAD knowledge.
