MiracleMed Staffing Is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Nurses for private duty care in BELLAIRE, TEXAS. As a leader in healthcare staffing, we specialize in providing healthcare professionals across various settings with opportunities for growth and career advancement. 12-hour shift at $37- $47 hourly!
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' responses to treatments and adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Assisting in the education and support of patients and their families
- Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Valid license as a Nurse
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Licensed Nurse
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, medications, and therapies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients and tasks effectively
