Role Overview:
We re bringing on a talented and driven recruiter to join our team and take full ownership of key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruiting experience, either at an agency or in-house, and a strong understanding of the tech startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process for assigned accounts, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, companies, and developments in the tech startup space
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in tech startups
- Strong understanding of the tech market, including knowledge of top companies, technologies, and roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
