Maintenance Worker - Apartment Complex
Location: Tyler, TX
Pay: $16 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring, and appliances.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep the grounds clean and free of debris.
- Assist with unit turnovers and renovations.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
