Their current project backlog consists of Multifamily, Affordable Housing, K-12, Higher Ed, and Healthcare.

Job Description:
The project manager is responsible for the complete oversight of their assigned construction project from initial design to completion. Additional responsibilities include:
Solicit sub-contractor bids
Assist the preconstruction team in preparation of budgets and estimates
Coordinate permit applications for review, approval and submittal
Create and maintain detailed project schedules
Work alongside of Superintendent and additional project management staff to ensure successful completion of project
Review closeout documentation and job costs
Visit job site to ensure that project is running according to schedules
Meet with owners, developers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
Assist in training of junior staff on project teams
Monitor project progress and profitability
Additional responsibilities included
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years in a construction Project Management position at a general contractor
LEED familiarity a plus
Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Past project experience working on mixed-use, multifamily, affordable housing, student housing or senior living highly preferred (mix of both wood and steel frame structures)
