Position Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: In-person at our downtown Fort Lauderdale office.

Business Overview:
Super Speciosa is a vertically integrated brand specializing in high-quality kratom herbal supplements. This herb is related to the coffee plant, has been described as the next cannabis by researchers, and is popularly used as a natural remedy for pain, anxiety, and depression.
As a trailblazer in a category poised for significant growth, akin to the early days of the CBD industry, we pride ourselves on unmatched quality control, transparency, and product effectiveness, providing exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various team members, including Copywriters, Content Writers, Creative Directors, SEO Managers, and Affiliate Managers, with administrative and project management tasks.
- Review/proofread email and SMS campaigns, blog posts and other forms of content.
- Manage updates for our e-commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce/Shopify), including new product listings and collaboration with Customer Service to address and resolve website issues.
- Assist in developing content across the company s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) at least 2-3 times a week, enhancing our digital footprint.
- Assist in mass outreach for influencers and content creators.
- Assist in the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (including ad creatives and landing pages)
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials for both consumer and business-to-business initiatives.
- Consistently communicate with various agencies to make sure tasks are being executed.
- Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Organize tasks and projects using Monday.com
- Research competitors and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires
- Help coordinate trade shows and brand events.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, with a preference for digital marketing / e-commerce experience AND/OR Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Journalism or a relevant field is a strong advantage
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- A background in creative writing, graphic design, or photography is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Proficient in using CRM and online marketing tools (WooCommerce/Shopify, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) is a huge plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to spot emerging trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge about kratom and herbal botanicals is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $40,000-$60,000
