As an EV Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of technicians to provide exceptional service and support for electric vehicles.
Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement service processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing a team of field service technicians.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of electric vehicles and associated technologies.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in service operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
