As our hybrid Sales Coordinator, you'll earn $60,000-65,000 annually and play a crucial role in our sales operations. With strong communication skills and experience in report-running, you'll handle key document organization, product setup, and pricing maintenance. Coordinating logistics for customer and trade show materials, tracking buying programs, and managing data will be central. Your expertise in Excel and CRM systems will assist in preparing sales reports, managing agreements, and facilitating communication within and outside the sales team. JOB DUTIES:

Duties include coordinating revenue opportunities with the Director of Global Brand Sales, managing key documents on our retail team SharePoint site, and assisting with product setup forms. You'll also handle pricing coordination with Directors of Brand Sales and Marketing, develop customer and trade show materials, and manage relationships with third-party software. Additionally, you'll provide monthly sales reporting, maintain customer and manufacturer agreements, and oversee sales team coordination. Your role also involves managing customer programs, improving sales processes, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales training. In addition to these duties, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, particularly within Gold Eagle Company and various sales channels, is essential.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems.
  • Ability to work in a Multi-Task Environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
