Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced personal injury paralegal? You might be an excellent fit for our busy personal injury law firm. You will draft briefs, create legal documents such as affidavits, do legal research for trial preparation, and maintain case files and other critical materials organized and easily accessible. We need someone with experience ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical materials to produce a factual response to discovery. If you want to further your paralegal career, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Assist lawyers with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, aiding with client meetings, submitting motions, researching legal publications, and coordinating witnessesOrder, review, and summarize medical records for preparing factual response to discoveryHelp attorneys create legal pleadings, paperwork, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notifications, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavitsQualifications:Strong oral and written communication skills3-5 years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer required, preferably in a personal injury law firmMust have great time-management skills, and organizational skillsAbout Company:We are a rapidly growing, award-winning personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, Florida.
