**What you will be doing:**
* Setting up and breaking down rooms according to the banquet needs, including tables, chairs, linens, audio, visual, and all other equipment.
* Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information about meeting spaces, audio-visual equipment and the hotel.
* Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
* Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
