***Split shift, 10:30AM-7PM***

The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in delivering extraordinary results at the Batavia Parts Distribution Center. The Batavia PDC is the master distribution center for North America operating around the clock to serve internal and external customers on a global scale. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

The Warehouse Supervisor will ultimately be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing efficient performance and quality production of the Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Trainees and Equipment Operators. In addition the Warehouse Supervisor assigns work, ensures that training needs are met and handles all administrative issues. The candidate will also oversee the receipt, processing, storing, picking, packing and shipping of materials and parts.

**What you will do:**

* Independently and routinely assigns and supervises work, trains subordinates and evaluates employees assigned to his/her department to ensure performance to goals and that quality standards are met

* Maintains documentation in accordance with Company policies and procedures (i.e., Attendance and Performance Records)

* Actively maintains a safe working environment for all employees and visitors

* Receives inquiries and/or complaints from employees, customers and dealers, and responds accordingly to promote positive relationships while working cooperatively with other departments to accomplish business needs

* Helps monitor and control inventory as well as actively looks for continuous improvement in warehouse processes

* Operates all plant equipment once certified by the employer to do so

**What you will bring:**

* High school degree or GED

* 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

**A plus if you have:**

* Bachelors degree in business, agriculture, or other relevant field

* Previous supervisory training experience

* Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, or logistics systems

* Knowledge of agricultural parts, machinery, and equipment

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds, for distances up to 50 feet, occasionally, as needed to assist subordinates.

* Must be able to stand and/or walk on various surfaces frequently; typically up to 80% of each working day.

* Must be able to sit, bend, turn, and maintain other related body postures occasionally as necessary to perform certain job duties (i.e. Operating plant equipment).

* Must be able to climb 1 to 3 steps frequently and one flight of stairs occasionally, depending on assigned work area.

* Must be able to visually inspect and locate parts and materials, as well as to read required documentation.
