Payroll & Benefits Manager
Benefits/Payroll Manager needed for busy company near Naperville. Ideal candidate has had 5+ years management experience. Looking for someone who can oversee Benefits and Payroll.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversees the daily workflow of payroll and benefits
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems ,
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws
and best practices.
- Evaluates benefits and revises internal processes to reduce costs and increase
efficiency.
- Documents and maintains administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
- Handles enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and
death claims, and compliance testing.
- Oversees maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and
- update employee payroll records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or Accounting
- 5+ years Payroll and Benefits experience
- Microsoft Office , ERP
