We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize plant operations while ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and financial targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess strong competencies in problem-solving, creativity, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Establish targets and ensure the safety of employees, environmental compliance, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality and on-time deliveries.
- Empower and develop the workforce, managing labor relations and social climate.
- Manage P&L to drive actions aligned with plant goals and strategic plans.
- Oversee new program launches, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and align with strategic business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and improve process KPIs.
- Develop talent and prepare future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications:
Professional:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles such as Toyota Production System (TPS) or equivalent practices.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on driving results and managing change.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and experience with P&L management.
- Previous experience in a program environment is advantageous.
