We are currently hiring ASSOCIATES (ACSWs and AMFTs) to provide psychotherapy services and accrue licensure hours under supervision of our talented LMFTs and LCSWs. Opportunities are available in our Encino office or remotely. We offer supervision for clinical hours, credentialing with insurance panels, client referrals, billing, malpractice insurance, benefits package for full-time employees, and all administrative support. This is a great opportunity for experience, training, supervision, and accruing hours.
Compensation:
- $35.00 per completed patient session
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to a diverse client population
- Ability to complete high-quality session documentation in a timely manner
- Good people skills and ability to connect with people in a warm, nurturing way while also setting boundaries and enforcing policies
- Ability to follow practice policies and ensure that treatment services are in accordance with Change Within Reach practices
- Attention to detail and ability to manage client caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team
Requirements:
- Must be an ACSW / AMFT
- Strong Work Ethics
- Passionate about Clinical work
- Part Time - Minimum 20 clinical hours per week
- Full Time - Minimum 30 clinical hours per week (In addition to regular business hours, we are open during evenings and weekends)
- Ability to complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
