**Dal-Tile is currently seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to join our TEAM! As an Inventory Control Analyst, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as identifying on-hand inventory storage efficiencies, completing reports and analysis of inventory control results.**
**Primary Objective:**
Provides analytics for RDC inventory (i.e. movement, storage and activities) and generates reporting of warehouse activities associated with inventory transactions.
**Major Function and Scope:**
* Inventory Analysis Daily reporting and analytics pertaining to on-hand inventory movement, inventory levels and financial impact
* Identifies on-hand inventory storage efficiencies and provides recommendations
* Develops, maintains and evaluates databases (Access, Power BI) and queries to support inventory control analysis and reporting.
* Completes reports and analysis of inventory control results and activities daily
* Documents and analyzes inventory metrics and recommends improvements
* Uses extensive knowledge of data, systems, and systems interface to resolve complex problems or suggest inventory control solutions
* Assists with projects, analyses and data extractions as needed
* Performs other related duties as required
* Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience. Knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Power BI, Microsoft EXCEL required.
* 3 - 5 yrs. previous material planning/supply experience preferred
**Competencies:**
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
