Content Creators are responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand marketing materials for Grain s clients. This includes creating copy, videos, photography, social media posts, and other content in accordance with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the culture of content currently, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for advertising and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including graphics, short-form video, and layouts for various online platforms (e.g., websites, social media, email marketing campaigns).
- Balance creative content production with data-driven strategy to optimize performance.
- Provide creative input on campaign strategy, including suggesting innovative ideas for content and digital media initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to produce and modify videos, photographs, gifs, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video production, and digital media to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage tight deadlines and urgent requests with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year working in a related field, preferably in an agency setting
- Proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other content creation tools such as Figma and CapCut
- Basic web development skills on platforms like SquareSpace and Wix
- Experience with photography and videography, including editing and post-production
- Motion Graphics experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating content for multiple channels and formats including social media, web, and email
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiar with all major social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram)
- Ability to work off of a brief as well as pitch original concepts, regularly contributing ideas for all organic social media content
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
