Our client, based in Gainesville, GA is currently searching for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will support the CFO by managing daily accounting tasks and financials. This position is open due to growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly and yearly close process.
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with periodic reporting of cash receipts and disbursements.
- Maintain knowledge of US Private Company GAAP accounting practices and procedure
- Assist with Accounts Payable data entry, check runs, and statement reconciliations.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable invoicing, payment application, and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 Years progressive Experience in General Accounting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with a large ERP
