**What Youll Do:**

Few guests are seldom aware of all the hard work that goes making a banquet a success. As a banquet house person, youll be setting up, cleaning, taking down banquets and more to make sure every event is a success and meets our guests needs.

Here are a couple of the tasks you can expect to do on a daily basis:

* Set up all banquets to the specifications of the guest.

* Break down and clean up banquets at the conclusion of the event.

* Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.

**Where Youve Been:**

Were looking for someone with at least one month of related experience. But most importantly you must have a passion for customer service and be able to work with others seamlessly. This means you have no problem collaborating within a diverse team dynamic and working calmly under pressure.

**When Youre Here:**

This is not a job where you sit behind a desk. Be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
