Position: Waste Water Treatment Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our waste water treatment facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce environmental impact.
- Lead a team of skilled technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in waste water treatment operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
