** Assistant Manager**
Emeryville, CA, USA Req #11040 Monday, February 21, 2022 Motivate is looking to hire an enthusiastic and dependable **Assistant Manager** to join our Station Technician team. As a shift manager, you will be taking a leading role in the operation and improving the usability of the system through direct management of all station technicians and operations. The right person for the job will be comfortable overseeing a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
**About the Role:**
* Follow safe work practices and create and maintain a working environment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
* Supervise daily operations to maximize customer experience; ensure all operations are executed per Motivates standards and department standard operating procedures.
* Report on the previous days performance and the current system status for the operations management team daily.
* Oversee scheduling of employees, including master planning
* Identify and improve the teams key performance indicators and other metrics.
**About You** :
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with peers.
* You have strong organizational skills and the ability to lead projects
* You are curious about new technologies, tools, and processes.
* You have strong computer skills with the ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office
* You are comfortable with working outdoors, year-round and in all weather conditions.
* You have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
* You can stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for long periods of time.
