Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a forward-thinking Leader with a creative mindset.

The Marketing Coordinator must embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community, which means developing ways to "bring care to the concrete" both inside and outside of the four walls of our restaurant.

This person needs to have a passion for customer service and a full-time open availability to work a flexible, events-based schedule that may require working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Periodic Sunday's for Marketing signage (POP).

Over the age of 18.

Lift up to 50lbs.

Clean driving record.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Requirements
  • Work closely with the Leadership to lead and oversee the implementation of annual marketing programs.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team and Operator to support and enhance all relationship-based business development efforts, especially around Marketing.
  • Represents Chick-fil-A Prince Frederick, FSU at community events.
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including brand building in-store events/signage, email communications, and social media.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including but not limited to the sampling of new products, Spirits Nights, Community Outreach and Fundraisers.
  • Manage digital and social media marketing; overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Create flyers or other promotional advertisements.
  • Ensuring food safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times
  • Attend regular area Marketing Meetings and DC DMA Marketing meetings.
  • Drive company vehicle to/from community events, set up tents, and gather items from storage unit.
  • Decorate restaurant for events/seasonal holiday and work closely with Catering Coordinator and Director of Operations for seasonal merchandise and monthly marketing table.
