Job Description Summary

Join the OhioHealth team as a home health LPN! Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package. Home health LPN's work with an RN and an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team with a reasonable and fair weekend rotation and a flexible schedule with no on-call. Home health LPN's provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the RN and patient's provider.

Minimum Qualifications

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of Nursing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree from an accredited school or program of practical nursing
  • Valid state driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
  • Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Years of experience: 1
